Queensland's Stocked Impoundment Permit Scheme (SIPS) helps fund the stocking of dams and weirs with native fish for recreational fishing. We invite you to participate in a short survey, which is detailed below.

Please note that only people who held SIPS permits between 1 March 2020 and 28 February 2021 are eligible to complete this survey. Responses that cannot be verified and duplicate responses will be cleansed to ensure the integrity of the data.

  • 2020-2021 SIPS Survey

    Fisheries Queensland is conducting a short, six question survey of Stocked Impoundment Permit Scheme (SIPS) holders to help improve and maintain the world-class fisheries on offer in Queensland dams and weirs. The survey results will help us allocate funds from permit sales for fish stocking at the 63 dams and weirs on SIPS. This survey typically takes one minute to complete. The survey closes at midnight, Friday 30 April 2021.
