  • New tools help lead the way

Three new tools launched by the program are purpose built to make it easier for industry and the community to find out what movement controls apply to them. Why not give them a try?
    1.     Interactive biosecurity zones map — with a property address and suburb search function, this helps users quickly identify which fire ant biosecurity zones they’re in and what requirements are applicable to them.
    2.     Fire ant compliance advice tool — an interactive decision tree that provides users with the actions required for specific situations. This means that anyone wanting to move materials that may carry fire ants can answer a series of easy online questions and find out what steps they need to follow to move the material while abiding by the Biosecurity Regulation 2016.
    3.     Toolbox talk — our newest innovation, the toolbox talk is a short video designed to help you clearly understand the changes and what they mean for you, your employer or your business.

Have your say about the tools
We’d love to know what you think about the new online tools and how they work for you. This helps us evolve and improve our services. To have your say take a short survey on our eHub. You can opt to provide your responses anonymously.
